Civil Engineering Technician Technologist

This is a 1099 Position - Equipment is not provided, unless necessary to get the job done.

We are seeking a skilled Civil Technician to join our team. As a Civil Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with various civil engineering projects and providing technical support to the engineering team.

Duties:

- Assist with civil work with Layout and design on computer-aided design software.

- Strong Background in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Inventor civil 3D Software.

-CETs, generate and review project drawings. Proficiency in design with water grinding plans, and drainage plans. Mid-large projects.

-Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.

-Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality CAD standards.

-Problem Solving, with the ability, and capacity to make sound decisions.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred

- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements

- Proficiency in GIS software and land surveying techniques

- Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and quality control standards

- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software

- Familiarity with water treatment processes is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
