Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and manage customer relationships in order to boost satisfaction, increase adoption, and ensure retention

  • Establish a strategic/trusted advisor relationship with the customer through product expertise, customer service, and consultative skills, to drive continued value of ExamSoft products and services

  • Own the customer renewal process and outcome, discuss contract terms with customers and keep track of timelines

  • Attain account growth goals while educating clients on all offered products and services

  • Keep accurate records of all customer information and communication in CRM system

  • Manage scope and client expectations effectively throughout the life of the contract

  • Drive revenue retention through client successful use of client solutions

  • Liaise between the customer and internal team

  • Generate referral leads for the Sales team through customer networks and relationship building

  • Deliver basic product education webinars to customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1-3+ years of previous experience in account management, software training, or sales, ideally in a B2B environment

  • Ability to strategically expand new opportunities within existing accounts, consultative selling skills

  • Proven ability to turn at-risk customers around

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs quickly

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

  • No travel requirements

  • Previous experience in a remote workplace ideal
