This includes providing insightful and energetic leadership and management of SJMG’s multi-specialty practices. Acts as a principal advisor to the Director ofclinic management for key operational programs and projects. This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job requirements, responsibilities, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Working conditions may change as the need evolves.Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and Director in a timely and clear fashion.

Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

Set and continually manage expectations with team members and Director, with little oversight.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teams.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical pathways.

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, while influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment and high quality patient care.

Maintains strict confidentiality.

Responsible for aiding in identifying and implementing appropriate measures to minimize the risk of injuries to patients, visitors, and staff.

Provides oversight of clinic operations in the event the Practice Manager is no longer able.

Provides supervision of clinic practices in Directors absence.
