Clinical Excellence Program ManagerWork location: Will work in office at THR entitiesWork hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pmDepartment highlights:· Strong team atmosphere· Opportunity to advance nursing professional practice across the healthcare system· Collaborative environmentHere’s What You Need· Master’s Degree required – must have Bachelors in Nursing if Masters is not in Nursing· DNP preferred· 5 years of nursing experience required· RN upon hire required· Advanced certification in field of specialty upon hire preferredWhat You Will Do· Leads the entity’s advancement of nursing professional practice that advances patient outcomes and professional development and achievement and clearly and routinely communicates to all levels of nursing leadership and other teams as indicated (Nurse Executive Team, system and entity Nursing leadership teams, Nursing Congress, to front line care team members) the progress and strategies needed to achieve all critical aspects for ANCC designation.· Facilitates and sustains Magnet culture or optimum professional practice environment evidenced by leading efforts that result in meeting organizational strategic goals, nurse satisfaction, and retention benchmarked standards and supporting continual readiness to achieve or maintain identified ANCC designation.· Responsible for design, deployment, and shared leadership of organizational efforts toward completion of Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation applications and documents for assigned entities including the facilitation of all aspects from designation to re-designation· Works with teams to research, analyze, design and participate in process improvements for entity and unit achievements including patient satisfaction, nurse engagement, nurse sensitive indicators, and other empirical outcomes.
