RequiredAndOther - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency RequiredExperienceNone required Requiredand3 Years hospital experience or residency PreferredLicenses and CertificationsPHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire RequiredSkillsMust be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and possess basic math skills.Job DutiesCommunicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation.
