Our client, located in Dallas, TX, is currently in need of a VMware Telco Cloud Engineer for a 6 month contract with strong potential for extension. The consultant will work onsite with a VMware consultant, focused on troubleshooting telco cloud trouble tickets submitted by the client. The consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting issues across VMware vSphere, TCA, TCP, Kubernetes, Linux, scripting, and other technologies. The consultant will be working a flexible schedule to include some weekends. Required Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting VMware, Linux and Kubernetes
- Experience with Linux administration
- Experience with Linux or Python scripting
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX
- Ability to work some weekends as needed.
- Experience with VMware TCA or TCP
- Experience with TKG (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid)
- Experience with VMware NSX
