About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking two Senior Business Execution Consultants on the CMS Operations Change Management and Implementation team:Kanban Coach (SBEC)
One position will take the role of a Kanban/Agile coach to support newly developed and seasoned Kanban teams with coaching, guiding, adapting to and maintaining Kanban principles.

One position will partner with leadership to standup a Kanban team for the Change Management process and serve as a Kanban Lead for the newly established team.

Provide coaching and mentoring to teams and leaders across all levels of the product structure in effectively implementing agile practices
Support developed Kanban teams with coaching, guiding and adapting to Kanban principles to best meet the needs of the organization
Be responsible for partnering with leadership and Kanban leads across the team in driving the strategy to adopt the Kanban framework and build implementation workflow through JIRA
Partner with teams and leaders to foster transparency and collaboration
Ask open, analytical questions that help rethink the way work is structured and invite teams to solve challenges and impediments for themselves
Collaborate with peers, partners, and mid-level to senior managers to share insights, grow skills, guide behavioral shifts, and evolve proven agile practices for beneficial product management
Create and implement coaching plans that leverage observations and enterprise maturity assessments to inspire growth across all levels of the product
Guide teams and leaders in the positive use of metrics for continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-inspired decisions.
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in an Agile/Kanban environment and ability to navigate and coach teams using the methodology
Experience with Jira
Ability to influence and lead without authority
Ability to teach and mentor in a way that motivates and uplifts team member
Experience coaching and guiding teams in understanding scaled agile principles and practices
Experience creating feedback loops between product teams and customers to support product refinement
Ability to effectively partner with leaders, delivery teams, and other Agile coaches to promote and drive continuous improvement
Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward
Ability to develop and deliver effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content and detail based on audience and intent
Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams, leaders, and managers
