CNA/Caregivers Needed

At Mission Homecare we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant’s to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to clients in various homecare settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE 7AM-7PM MONDAY- FRIDAY

WEEKENDS AVAILABLE OPEN SATURDAY, SUNDAY

At Mission Homecare we provide in home care to the elderly, empowering clients to live their best life by providing quality care in the comfort of their home environment.

Duties:

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times

- Help with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clients rooms and common areas

- Document client information accurately in electronic systems

Skills:

- Experience in senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred

- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures

- Understanding of memory care principles for clients with cognitive impairments

Requirements:

- Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience in Homecare

- Ability to work well within a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
