Cnc Beamline and Saw Operator

Hill Country Steel, a leading structural steel fabricator that is currently seeking an experienced CNC Beamline Operator to join our growing team. This exciting opportunity involves operating our state-of-the-art Peddinghaus Advantage 2 PCD 1100 with a Meba 1250 DG saw.

As a CNC Beamline Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating the CNC beamline to efficiently and accurately fabricate structural steel components. This requires a understanding of structural steel fabrication, including the ability to interpret and work from blueprints and specifications. You will also be responsible for safe and efficient material handling using forklifts, conveyors, and overhead cranes.

To be considered for this position, you must possess proven experience in operating similar CNC beamline equipment and demonstrate a solid understanding of structural steel fabrication principles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience with various material handling equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and overhead cranes, is also required.
