Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist to join our team in Cedar Park, Texas. As a part of the detail-oriented services industry, this role is centered around maintaining customer relationships while managing collection processes.Responsibilities: Conduct collections processes in a manner that maintains business relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service. Effectively communicate with customers through both email and phone calls to discuss their accounts. Ensure accuracy in processing customer credit applications. Regularly update and maintain customer credit records. Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking. Maintain a strong understanding of B2B collections practices. Develop a working knowledge of our CRM system to manage customer information and interactions. Apply any knowledge of the construction industry, if available, to help understand and manage specific accounts. Requirements Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory. Proficiency in Collection Processes is required. Experience in B2B collections is essential. Demonstrated ability to provide Superior Customer Service is necessary. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is expected.
