BILINGUAL "COLLECTOR" NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

We are seeking a qualified, experienced Bilingual collection agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the collections industry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Contacting delinquent customers by phone, email, and mail

- Negotiating payment arrangements

- Collecting overdue accounts

- Maintaining accurate records

- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in collections

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
