Commercial Concrete Operator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Operator for an active project in Midlothian, Texas. This role is ideal for operators with a strong background in commercial concrete and heavy equipment operation.

Position: Commercial Concrete Operator

Responsibilities

-Operate heavy equipment used in commercial concrete work (skid steer, loader, roller, excavator, or similar).

-Assist with grading, form preparation, concrete placement, and site cleanup.

-Work closely with concrete crews to support pours and finishing operations.

-Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

-Follow jobsite safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements

-Previous experience operating equipment on commercial concrete projects.

-Ability to read grades and work from site instructions.

-OSHA 10 required (or ability to obtain).

-Must pass required drug screen.

-Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
