Position Summary
The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance crews and ensuring that all landscape services are completed safely, efficiently, and to Landmere’s high standards. This role is key in maintaining client satisfaction through proactive communication, consistent quality, and attention to detail across our portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the hiring and performance management of landscape personnel.
Supervise and lead commercial landscape maintenance crews on assigned properties.
Plan and organize daily work schedules, routes, and tasks to ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, plant health, and compliance with maintenance contracts.
Train and coach team members on proper horticultural practices, equipment use, and safety procedures.
Communicate daily Manager on project updates, crew performance, and client feedback.
Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and communicate them to management.
Ensure all company equipment and vehicles are used and maintained properly.
Promote and enforce Landmere’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and reliability.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of turf, plant, and irrigation maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate crews.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
