This is a contract position with good chance to extend or convert .Qualified candidates should send their resume (Word format) to Rachel Yarbrough at Ryarbrough@Genuent.com DescriptionSenior Oracle PL/SQL and Powerbuilder Developer with strong experience in Oracle database design, PL/SQL development, and Powerbuilder design and programming. This position will be closely working with the energy and commodities sector with a team of developers, supporting the Commercial Accounting teams.As a senior Application developer, the candidate must be willing & able to learn and/or apply current skills to take a lead role. The Powerbuilder and Oracle developer will be involved in design, development and deliver applications in the SAP Central Finance team.Job duties:7+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle table design and performance tuning, and Powerbuilder Design and Development, some using Agile Software Development methodologies. Independently performs a variety of complicated software development tasks using Powerbuilder framework, and Oracle PL/SQLA minimum of seven (7) years experience working with Oracle PL/SQL, Schema design, and other relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.Energy/commodities accounting systems experience is preferred. Experience with SAP BAPI API a bonus.Document, design, develop, test, deploy, and support new modules for existing applications as assigned.
