Here’s What You NeedEducationBachelor's Degree Public health, health policy, statistics, information systems or a related field REQUIRED andMaster's Degree Public health, health policy, statistics, information systems or a related field preferredExperience3 Years of experience with data analysis and reporting REQUIRED andExperience in a healthcare setting preferredSkills

Working knowledge of data analysis software, such as SQL, SAS, and Tableau.

Advanced knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, interpret and analyze complex data.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in projects/processes.

Strong communication skills required to develop appropriate reports for different audiences.

Strong collaboration, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management skills.

Knowledge of creative design is a plus

What You Will Do

Support the CHI program implementation leads through effective data management (e.g., collecting, integrating, cleaning, storing, analyzing, and reporting) for these programs: Clinic Connect, Faith Community Nursing, and Healthy Education Lifestyle Program (HELP entity level).

Support the qualitative/development process of the Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation plan.

Support the evaluation and communication efforts of CHI programs, to relay the outcomes and impact at these different levels: individual, community, health systems levels.

Keeps current on all pertinent clinical and non-clinical data base systems, tools and techniques.

Other duties as assigned.
