Community Manager – East Dallas (212 Units, C-Class Community)

We are hiring a Community Manager for our 212-unit apartment community in East Dallas (C-class neighborhood).

Requirements:

- Bilingual: Spanish & English

- Minimum 5 years of multifamily management experience, specifically in C-class communities

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Ability to oversee leasing, collections, resident relations, and maintenance coordination

- Detail-oriented and able to keep a team accountable
