Community Manager – East Dallas (200 Units, C-Class Community)

We are hiring a Community Manager for our 200-unit apartment community in East Dallas (C-class neighborhood).

Requirements:

- Bilingual: Spanish & English

- Minimum 5 years of multifamily management experience, specifically in C-class communities

- We're looking for someone who has leased up experience

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Ability to oversee leasing, collections, resident relations, and maintenance coordination

- Extremely detail-oriented and able to keep a team accountable

- ResMan experience is an asset
