Description We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Compliance Officer to join our team in the banking industry in Allen, Texas. The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to legal standards and in-house policies. They will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for all regulatory compliance matters within the organization. Review and analyze marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct thorough reviews of compliance quality assurance. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implementations and analyze their impact on business processes. Facilitate annual Business Impact Analysis reviews with all business units. Assist in managing the organization's Business Continuity Management program. Ensure that all policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements. Communicate new and existing regulatory requirements to staff and members. Assist in developing action plans to address compliance issues. Provide guidance for various regulatory related projects. Respond to staff inquiries regarding compliance issues. Support new product implementation and ongoing product support. Analyze and validate the underwriting and credit quality of auto loan originations. Use compliance software and other tools to maintain accurate records and reports. Use Spanish language skills to review and translate documentation as needed.
