This includes participating in the design, planning & execution and measurement of Compliance launches in local markets to increase the satisfaction and ease of doing business with Microsoft across the globe.The team is seeking an Operations Program Manager who will play a critical role for managing Corp Function Compliance launches across the Globe in all channels/Sales motions (Partner Led, Field Led, Direct etc). We are a fast-paced, results-oriented team that interacts with Corporate Functions (Tax, Trade, CELA & Finance), Subsidiary & Operations teams, Engineering teams and other stakeholders across the company to ensure our products/programs are operationally ready for market and a best-in-class experience for our customers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the many aspects of setting up entities, launching products and scoping operational requirements through release management to the Field & WW Supply Chains and managing compliance across all launches. You will manage relationships with various teams in order to scope and gather requirements, drive customer-oriented solutions, and influence product offerings and strategy.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in working effectively in cross-functional international teams (often virtual) comprised of full-time employees and vendors. She/he must also possess strong leadership & organizational skills and be able to positively influence others. Additionally, the candidate should be able to think creatively, be analytically minded, objective and independent, and have the ability to speak in both business and technical terms.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Accountable for Project Management of all facets ofCorporate Compliance and/or Online Commercelaunchesfrom concept to release through the planning and execution phases with focus on local commerce capabilities (currency, payment types, and local compliance requirements)

Responsible for working with the various teams to define market requirements, orchestrating effectively to cross-group and downstream partners in the data management and policy to ensure asuccessful launchesin new geographies.

Identify requirements and capture a working Plan of Record, driving change control, managing risks/issues and escalation, triage, cross group orchestration and milestone management.

Develop and maintain all applicable project documentation toinclude:Product Launch Documents; Plan of Record (POR); Issues/Risks; Milestone schedules; Status Reports; Communication Plans; Contingency Plans; Meeting Summaries; Post Mortems and Sustain activities.

Identify and manage launch issues and risks through effective mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Responsible for building,developingand maintaining highly collaborative and effective working relationships with the Subsidiary and Corporate teams, and other operational partners to facilitate proactive planning, smooth communication and issue resolution.

Understanding of broad Operational functional areas, theirrequirementsand interdependencies, effectively translating marketing strategies to operational capabilities.

Help evolve our online launch processes and infrastructure for more efficient and effective commercial online launch capabilities across Microsoft.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications :4+ years proven, complex project management experience

2+ years of online experience (such as onlineproductsor e-commerce or onlineservices )or international businessexperience

Education: MBA or B.S in Business managementoreducation/experienceinProject Management,Finance, International Business, Online Commerce or IT or related degree

Preferred Qualifications:PMP preferred

Core competencies: Project Management, Confidence, Cross-Group/Cross-Boundary Collaboration, Impact & Influence, Communication, Interpersonal Awareness, Analytical Problem Solving.

Strong reporting/analytics communication and presentation skills

Experience & knowledge in areas of Trade, Tax,FinanceCompliance

Experience with process improvement or process development

Strongcross-group collaboration skills and ability to positively influence and engage resources across Microsoft on a regular basis

Adept at getting things done, and performing amidst ambiguity and complexity

Microsoft product and/or product launch experience is strongly preferred
