We believe that our products should be safe for anyone who assembles, uses, or recycles them.As the Compliance Systems Engineer - Implementation within our client's Environmental Technologies group, you will define and deliver the systems enhancement roadmap for their world-class Full Material Disclosure (FMD) program and related systems and drive the evolution of enterprise environmental information management ecosystem.Description:This position is offered in our client's Hardware Engineering division. Our mission is to deliver world-leading programs to address the impacts of climate change, conserve resources, and utilize safer materials in our products.In this role, you will co-lead development and enhancement of the Environmental Technologies environmental information management systems and related solutions, responsible for defining and documenting business requirements for enhancements and new functionality, driving the development and deployment with a blended on and off-shore technical team, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solutions meet business requirements, and ensuring development and delivery of training of internal and external users to enable smooth operation of the solutions. You will also interact directly with the owners and users of product design and engineering management systems including MCAD / ECAD, PLM, PDM and related systems to implement solutions that drive documented results in environmental product compliance and demonstration of our client's environmental achievements.Key Qualifications:7+ years of relevant experience in electronic product manufacturing and environmental compliance management systems

Mastery of project management – managing, organizing and driving deliverables of complex projects with tight timelines

Expertise in consumer electronic product-related environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACh) and standards (e.g., IPC-1752/53, IEC 62474)

Experience using product lifecycle management (PLM) tools with deep understanding of manufacturing principles, practices, concepts, and terms

Expertise as a system analyst / business analyst working with cross-functional stakeholders to document business requirements for technical solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver new capabilities

Demonstrated success in implementation of enterprise solutions through definition of agile sprint release roadmaps to meet business requirements

Experience driving implementation working closely with a blended on and off-shore technical team and delivering enhancements and new functionality regularly

Experience leading effective User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions deliver required functionality

Demonstrated success in leading development and delivery of effective training of internal and external users

Comfortable in environments that depend on influence to drive outcomes

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal with diverse audiences, from engineers to executives

Thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail is required

Education:Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or science or a related field preferred
