Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our construction team as Construction Helpers. This entry-level position will involve assisting skilled tradespeople and performing various tasks to support construction projects. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with the setup and cleanup of construction sites

Loading and unloading materials and equipment

Operating power tools and hand tools under supervision

Providing assistance to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople

Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a construction environment

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople

Strong work ethic and reliability

Basic math and measurement skills

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
