Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contract Reviewer to join our Global Risk Management team. This role is responsible for supporting the operational business in establishing contracts with clients and suppliers, advising on associated risks to mitigate future litigation.This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work on-site at Turner & Townsend’s Houston office two to three days per week.
Key Requirements:Undertake construction contract reviews, including client and vendor agreements.Provide ad hoc contract advice to operational teams and liaise with clients/their legal teams (where requested) to resolve contractual matters.Liaise with professional liability and general insurance brokers to confirm coverage and respond to queries.Support operational teams through the risk management process to resolve issues and expedite contract execution.Help improve risk management tools, systems, and processes.Work with operational teams to increase risk management awareness, compliance, and capability.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to, where applicable.
