Vacancy expired!

Overview

Our Content Designers are empathetic writers, editors and creative collaborators who make awesome content with a focus on organization, messaging hierarchy and visual layout, user experience and context within the larger customer ecosystem and product hierarchy. We are content strategists and information architects building personalized and tailored content marketing experiences for our audiences by effectively managing, testing, iterating and optimizing a variety of media across dozens of internal and external channels. We share a passion for crafting omni-channel messaging based on our internal tone and voice framework that connects with our network of auto dealers to inspire and motivate them to take action. Brainstorming ideas. Collaborating with creative teams. Developing strategic concepts. Executing awesome work. Our team works closely with other teams to make all of this happen (think video production, UX designers and researchers, graphic designers, product managers, copy editors, email marketers, web developers and digital publishers) and are passionate about exploring the future of content as it expands beyond traditional copywriting and waterfall content development. Did we mention collaboration? On any given day, you may be asked to design content for a variety of channels, including, but definitely not limited to, websites, email, digital ads, presentations, social channels, employee communications, videos, podcasts and executive messaging. The right candidate thinks about these things: How does this interface deliver content most effectively to convert? What is the messaging hierarchy for this product? Where does this piece of content fit into the big picture? How can we better leverage our channels and UI to serve our messages? An important note: We really like working with each other. Our teams are passionate about not only driving our business forward and achieving company goals, but also about having a great time doing it. We work hard, and we play hard. We're highly responsible, we love to learn (we're really curious people), and we're really passionate about our profession. If this isn't your jam, no hard feelings. If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, take a look at the job duties and required skills and experience to see if you might be the right fit to join our team.
