REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience overall preferred 2+ years of experience as an Experience Writer or Experience Designer specializing in writing, or 6+ years in an Experience Writing-related role (e.g., Writer, Copywriter, Product Designer, Information Architect, Visual Designer, Interaction Designer, Researcher, etc.) Strong background in working in agile and not afraid to assert themselves, advocate for oneself, make strong relationships with Scrum Master and UX Designer Strong communicator Nice if they have financial, tax or insurance writing Current portfolio of work that demonstrates knowledge and skill in experience writing is required The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
