Are you currently looking for a new opportunity? If so, I have a role that might be just the thing. I am actively seeking a Contract Manager to join my client's team.

Specifically, Im looking for the following qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a corporate sales or procurement organization
  • Experience with contract management systems, including Ironclad
  • Experience addressing contractual issues related to SaaS, cloud computing, open source software, or enterprise software agreements
  • Experience supporting data privacy or security matters
  • Experience supporting a global workforce
Responsibilites:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including nondisclosure agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, purchase orders, consulting agreements and other customer or vendor agreements, using Company templates or third-party forms
  • Identify legal and business risks in various agreements and communicate risks to appropriate internal decision makers
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers and vendors and ensure agreements comply with Company policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements, and support updates to internal playbooks, templates, and processes
