This outstanding Dallas based Healthcare Technology Company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. The Company provides market-transforming solutions for businesses, care teams and consumers to interactively manage health and care.Drive full life-cycle recruitment at all levels of hiring for attracting and acquiring talent to achieve the Company's business strategies for designated business units while executing against talent acquisition best practices that will elevate our talent strategies and employee experience.You must be familiar with the Dallas technical professional market with a natural ability to build relationships, a knack for sourcing strategies and excel at driving actions forward while managing expectations to all involved. You must also have a strong ability to understand the business and articulate key differentiators that advocate the company as an employer of choice in a competitive talent market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full life-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical talent in Engineering, IT/Infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and Product Support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring forecasts, recruiting priorities and fill critical hiring needs in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Serve as an advocate for hiring practices and recruiting initiatives to ensure a consistent talent acquisition approach to meet business objectives.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies to fill open requisitions and establish talent pipelines.
  • Manage candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting process to ensure an elevated candidate experience.
  • Leverage technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, etc.) for sourcing and recruitment
  • Assist with setting standards, best practices, and creative recruitment branding projects.
  • Assist with the college recruiting program

BACKGROUND
  • Solid demonstrated experience with full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for Engineering, IT/Infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and Product Support positions
  • Advanced use of ATS (preferably iCIMS), social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and other technology for sourcing and recruitment purposes.
  • Experience participating in college and university recruitment initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience building trust, gaining credibility and maintaining strong working partnerships with hiring managers
  • Proven success in building effective sourcing strategies and implementing creative approaches to attract talent while establishing talent pipelines
