Description We are seeking a Controller to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be leading and directing our organization's accounting functions. You will be establishing and maintaining our overall accounting systems, procedures, and policies. Your key responsibilities will include directing all analysis and reporting of financial information, which includes budgets, planning, and required filings and reports. Responsibilities: Lead and direct the organization's accounting functions Establish and maintain the organization's overall accounting systems, procedures, and policies Direct all analysis and reporting of financial information including budgets, planning, and required filings and reports Present findings and recommendations to management Utilize accounting software systems to process and maintain financial data Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Oversee auditing processes and ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively Lead budget processes and provide detailed financial analysis and statements Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to manage and report on customer data and interactions Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Requirements Must hold a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role as a Controller Proficiency in using 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports is required Must be skilled in using Accounting Software Systems Expertise in handling Accounting Functions is mandatory Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary Should have proven experience in Auditing and Budget Processes Must have hands-on experience in managing financial records and reports Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required CPA certification or any other relevant certification would be a plus Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations is required Should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.For additional information and consideration please get in touch with Jessica Walker at 682-312-1009 or via email at jessica.walker@RobertHalf.C0M You can also connect and message me on LinkedIn.
