COOKS:

Prepare awesome meals for our customers.

Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.

Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.

Check food and ingredients for freshness.

Arrange and garnish dishes.

Hostess Job Responsibilities:

Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Ascertains their dining/lodging needs. Seats guests and manage the seating chart. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Servers:

Make guests feel welcome and accommodated.

Take orders from guests and input them into the point of sale.

Make menu recommendations to guests.

Sell menu specials or limited time offers.

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dishmachines and sinks. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
