Description:

Receiving inbound calls to assist callers in utilizing their benefits. Benefits could include dental, vision, medical, life, 401(k), and disability.

Responsibilities:

-Enrollment in benefits

-Explain how to use benefits

-Talk with their provider office to explain benefits, claims, etc.
