Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with making phone calls to providers, inviting them to join our in-network program and collecting their information for further processing. This role is centrally located in downtown Austin and will require a high level of organization and attention to detail.Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to providers to request their participation in our in-network program. Gathering and recording provider information accurately for team processing. Providing exceptional customer service during each phone interaction. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence. Managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Scheduling appointments as required. Promptly responding to email correspondence from providers or team members. Ensuring all customer service and data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner. Maintaining organization and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment. Adhering to all company policies and procedures in relation to customer service and data management. Requirements Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience with data entry and order entry tasks Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls Strong ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Proven experience in a call center customer service environment Ability to communicate effectively via email correspondence Strong organizational skills to schedule appointments efficiently Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet High attention to detail and accuracy in all work Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken Willingness to work in shifts or flexible working hours when necessary High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
