Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Garland, Texas. This role operates within the retail industry, primarily conducting in-store observations. You will be required to monitor and record shopper behaviors and pathways within the store. Responsibilities: Observe customer in-store behaviors and pathways, noting specific actions and routes Utilize an iPad or a clipboard to accurately record observations Remain stationed in-store for the required duration, maintaining a professional demeanor Interpret and analyze customer behaviors, identifying trends and patterns Report and communicate your observations effectively and accurately Ensure all data is recorded accurately and consistently Maintain a high level of customer service throughout your observations Adhere to all company policies and procedures during your observational duties Collaborate with the team to discuss and analyze observation results Continuously improve observational techniques to provide the most accurate results. Requirements Possess excellent customer service skills Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and promptly Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in related fields preferred Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations Willingness to continually learn and improve skills Flexibility to work various shifts or additional hours as required Knowledge of customer service best practices and relevant regulations.
