Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Financial Services industry based in Colleyville, Texas. The selected candidate will be integral in managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient processing of customer applications. Responsibilities: Manage high volume inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to all clients Assist customers by providing information, scheduling appointments, and entering data Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Conduct regular filing and paperwork to maintain organized records Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks including data entry and order entry Implement email correspondence as a part of customer service strategy Balance inbound and outbound calls to optimize customer service operations Schedule appointments efficiently to ensure smooth business operations. The role does not require any specific dress code, and the company offers shadowing for the first few days as a part of the training process. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role within the Financial Services industry Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence Ability to provide high-quality customer service, addressing customer queries and complaints effectively Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work within a team and individually High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, if necessary.
