Customer Service Representative

Description Our client is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. The chosen candidate will interact with customers to provide information, address inquiries, and handle complaints. Solving customer problems, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering the development of business are some of the essential tasks of this role.Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

High school diploma; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
