- 2+ yrs. of people management experience: Manage a team of Call center team or 50+ people
- 3+ years of Analytical experience. Able to understand trend analysis in excel, attention to detail in analysis and audit the analysis
- Advanced Excel skills: Hands on experience with imports, CSV, V look up, pivot tables, and basic to medium formulas
- Nice to have- Call Center/ Operation background with 50-80 people, with Excel and presentation
- Telecom background
- Business Development Background/ Account Management/ Business to Business Sales - Comminating with executives
- Basic Understanding of call center APIs/ Sales KPIs.
