Title: Customer Success Manager- Bilingual

Duration: 3 Month Contract-to-hire

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid module)

Must Have:
  • Bilingual- Fluent in Speaking Spanish, Writing is a plus
  • 2+ yrs. of people management experience: Manage a team of Call center team or 50+ people
  • 3+ years of Analytical experience. Able to understand trend analysis in excel, attention to detail in analysis and audit the analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills: Hands on experience with imports, CSV, V look up, pivot tables, and basic to medium formulas
  • Nice to have- Call Center/ Operation background with 50-80 people, with Excel and presentation

Plus:
  • Telecom background
  • Business Development Background/ Account Management/ Business to Business Sales - Comminating with executives
  • Basic Understanding of call center APIs/ Sales KPIs.
