Description We're offering a contract-to-hire position for a Customer Success Specialist based in Dallas, Texas. This role is pivotal within our team, focusing on managing initial inquiries, engaging with members, and maintaining accurate data within our CRM system. Responsibilities also include proactive follow-up calls with members and medical facilities, conducting outreach to new members, and supporting daily tasks and data entry operations.Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming calls and emails from members and medical facilities

Ensuring accurate and complete information gathering from callers

Efficiently inputting data into our operating system

Making follow-up calls to members and medical facilities as required

Assisting with daily tasks and maintaining data entry accuracy

Initiating outreach calls to new members

Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality client service

Upholding confidentiality of client information and compliance with regulations

Managing moderate to high volumes of outbound and inbound calls

Skills:

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel

Ability to manage client relations and handle complaints effectively

Dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service

Experience in data entry and administrative duties

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suites

Background in handling inbound calls and email correspondence

Basic familiarity with medical terminology

Understanding of medical and insurance benefits

Requirements
