Job Requirements: InfoSec Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized into the overall project. Successful candidate is expected to effectively communicate with various cross-functional teams with the goal of keeping everyone updated and informed of changes to the project plan. • Project Manager will be working in a fully matrixed environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in geographically diverse locations to keep workflow on track for a highly visible InfoSec operational team focused on M&A activity. SOW is to collaborate with project resources to deploy security stack for Project Eagle. • Responsible for planning meetings, providing detailed reporting, and publishing timely updates to management • Ability to manage multiple small to medium projects simultaneously, schedule collaborative working sessions and team meetings, update Jira boards, document meeting minutes and action items with limited supervision • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Builds relationships with stakeholders and senior managers • Ability to workshop WBS (work breakdown structures) with team leads and hold teams accountable for delivery • Understands importance of Risk Management and Risk Mitigation • Maintain Privileged and Confidential company policy in all work activity • Gather requirements for project scope and develop project charters • Communicate with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures where appropriate Soft Skills/Preferred Character traits: • Strong written and verbal communications skills and business acumen (technical writing is a bonus) • Interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining strong relationships • PMP certification (minimally 7-10 years in experience) • Executes highly visible projects using PMI Methodology • Bilingual: English, Spanish or equivalent • Familiarity with Atlassian product suite (Jira/Confluence primarily), SharePoint, O365 and LucidCharts • Problem Solver with ability to proactively navigate project obstacles • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Dependable and enjoys taking the lead • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
