As a member of the IT Management Team, you are responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of employees. Your role includes leading the specific functional responsibilities of your team, which involves overseeing team performance and deliverables. However, your role as a leader within our organization requires more than the management of resources and day-to-day operations. As a steward of the company, you are charged with the development and execution of your team’s strategic vision and plan and ensuring that your team’s actions align with the larger goals of the company and the IT Division.

This role will evaluate, procure, implement, create, and test tools and techniques to harden, maintain, verify, and integrate security and resiliency into all on-premise and cloud compute and storage platforms across the company. Additionally, the Manager will manage a portfolio of hardware and software solutions that provide cyber defenses across the entire spectrum of the cyber-attack chain. This position will directly contribute to the overall global enterprise cloud architecture and lead the security vision and strategy around all cloud-based applications (including Infrastructure, Platform, and Software-as-a-Service (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).

7+ years’ in an engineering and architectural role.Possesses and maintains a firm understanding of the offerings within Azure and the Google Cloud platforms for cloud security and their application.Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments focused on fast and continual value delivery.Knowledge of cloud-native practices and best practices to advise the security organization.Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas; Endpoint Security, Application listing, Microsegmentation, Container Security, Axonius, Cloud Security, Networking Security, Akamai WAF, Zero Trust, and/or Security Monitoring.
