- Manage infrastructure and application security projects with minimal guidance, using established project tools and methodologies.
- Manage multiple security projects for multiple companies with different IT controls.
- Always document and track project status and next steps.
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
- Document and present project plan. Maintain visibility of status. Lead cross functional discussion to resolve issues with multiple teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, and work with the team in implementing changes to process and technology.
- Communicate with clients and internal staff in a prompt and timely manner.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Report and escalate issues to management in timely manner.
- Document project processes and procedures
- Coordinate quality assurance reviews.
- Finalize and deliver reports and supplemental materials.
- Knowledge in cyber security terminologies and technologies
- 5+ years of project management and execution in a technical environment/ architecture
- 5+ Years of experience of prioritizing and leading cross-functional projects in a Cyber Security domain.
- 5+ Years of experience of project management documentation. (WBS, Issue List, Sprint Planning, Performance report, Executive Report etc.)
- Ability to create, design and record collateral such as presentations, documentations, trainings, webinars etc. with little guidance.
- Experience designing and implementing security features.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- The ability to work with large amounts of data, particularly in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project.
- Experience of coordinating incident response efforts and any urgent situation.
- Goal-directed, persistent, and driven to achieve positive results and outcomes.
- Ability to manage customer expectations.
- Able to work with global team. Flexibility to work late evening or early morning, as needed.
