• Position: Cybersecurity Task Lead

• Provide senior-level technical direction and engineering knowledge for cyber support activities.
• Cybersecurity lead shall possess the ability to assist the government P-ISSM to manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process using the eMASS Portal, to include RMF processes for on-premises, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS employments.
• Manages the RMF/ATO process for the NIPRNET, the DOD DSCA Automated Support System (DDASS), deployable communications systems, and the ATC process for connections to the NEC SIPRNET. However, the number and types of required ATO and ATC may change during this contract due to Army network and process changes.
• Manage the system vulnerability identification and resolution process to support the network accreditation process.
• Manage the enterprise configurations for the Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) and any follow-on products and manage the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) software and any follow-on products.
• Provide routine and ad-hoc scans of networks, analyse the results, and work with the Tier 3 team to implement corrective action.
• Manage the security information and event management (SIEM) software (currently SPLUNK, but with the potential to transfer to ELASTIC), configuring dashboards and providing routine and ad hoc reports as requested by the COR.
• The Cyber Lead shall work with the other Leads to implement any required corrective action.

• Minimal certification and experience metrics: DoD 8570.01- M IAM Level III certification (CISSP preferred); minimum of 4 years supervisory experience; an active Top Secret Security clearance.
