Data Analyst Fort Worth Texas 76102 United States Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Interviews: In-Person What is the scheduled contract duration? 16 weeks • Ability to work full time in downtown Fort Worth, attend meetings in downtown Dallas and drive to locations between Dallas and Fort Worth Data and information to be organized • Agreements and their associated documents • Multiple contact persons at each company - name, address, email, phone, etc. • Historical company information - name change, assignment, sale of facilities, etc. • Historical document and program data gathering - certificate of insurance, financial surety, invoice and payment, Activities • Combine historical and new data and information from several excel files to one file • Create folders on an internal server system and move associated documents into those folders • List of specific terms and conditions requirements in each agreement for quick reference. • Send request to outside companies for updated information, update data set and documentation • Scan paper documents and file in the appropriate folder on the server • Ability to analyze data to provide actionable information • Create tracking and informative reporting method for data, information and documentation Skills • Ability to organize large amounts of data and hundreds of documents • Project tracking and data gathering • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Learn new methods, techniques and software as needed to accomplish tasks • Promote and actively participate in safe work practices • Express ideas and concepts in individual or group situations • Establish trust, exhibit commitment, build and maintain relationships to achieve goals • Effective written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Software Tools • MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access • SharePoint Requirement • Ability to work full time in downtown Fort Worth, attend meetings in downtown Dallas and drive to locations between Dallas and Fort Worth Pay Range: $28.00- $30.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
