Senior Data Analyst - Health Informatics Our DFW Based client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work with the Director of Business Intelligence in developing Dashboards and Analysis on Population Health Data. If you are looking for a rewarding career in improving patient care this is the position for you! In this role you will be driving analysis and requirement alongside Senior Level Directors to ascertain improvement in Clinical healthcare. Design, develop and automate clinical quality and performance metrics. Interprets, explain, discuss data analysis results with Senior Level Management. Make recommendations and support strategies for improving clinical processes and patient outcomes. Skills & Abilities:

• 5 years of Data Analysis Experience in a Clinical or Health Insurance Background.
• Ability to evaluate data and create comprehensive Business Intelligence Visualizations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills and Project Management skills.
• Strong experience in a Data Warehouse Environment, understanding of data mapping and data sourcing.
• Strong experience in any Business Intelligence Visualization tool - MicroSoft Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS preferred.
• Exceptional SQL Skills and ability to develop Advanced SQL queries.
• Experience with SAS, R or Python a PLUS!
