Job Summary:

The

Business Systems Analyst Staff is an accomplished Individual contributor with extensive

enterprise systems level experience.The individual contributor will be joining the

Global Operations Academy (GOA) Training & Development creative and cohesive team. The GOA works within a multi-disciplinary team of IBX Technicians, Engineers, IT & HR business partners to architect and design world class training solutions for Global Operations.Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and enterprise strategy, as well as the support of those applications. Works with Business Groups to define their global technical requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. Manages agile projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in all phases of the software development process – including requirements gathering, design, implementation, release, enterprise application system configurations and maintenance
  • Strong experience developing, testing, and delivering APIs and related technologies.

    • Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts to build data pipelines and ETL processes between systems
    • Strong knowledge of web services (including WSDL SOAP, RESTful)
    • Strong knowledge of API authentication (including API key, OAuth)
  • Experience with standard data formats (including XML, JSON)
  • Programming / scripting (JavaScript, CSS, PHP, Python)
  • Exhibits keen interest and experience in working with evolving business models in a large scale, complex, transformational program
  • Expertise in leveraging Confluence, Jira, Miro to manage meta scrum teams user stories independently
  • Knowledge in front-end web development and
  • Proven experience working in Agile software development lifecycle
  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $60.00/hour-$65.00/hour.
