Who are we looking for?Candidate should have at least 6+ Plus years of IT experience on Enterprise level of Data Architecture, Strategies and Solutions. Implement Development practices, innovative solutions, big ticket rewrite projects, high level and low level designing and implementation for enterprise level for one of our biggest client in Banking & Capital Markets domain. This individual requires a big picture focus, broad business process experience, relationship building, and client management skills. Communication is a key focus, also a process-driven mentality, and should be able to work in liaison with senior project management team.
Technical Skills:· Hands on Experience on:o A seasoned Data & ETL architect specializing in BI with knowledge in AI / Client for banking domain.o Knowledge & Experience in designing and implementing modern data architecture / platform on cloud / on-premiseso Experience in Data acquisition, ingestion, transformation ( data pipelines) , data storage and corresponding tools and techniques.o Good experience in data source-target-glossary mapping, tools and techniques for harvesting metadata & lineage and metadata management.o Knowledge in Data Security & Privacy Regulations, Data consumption patterns & Data access & controls (RBAC)o Experience in tools and techniques for Data discovery, classification, tagging & securing, cataloging enterprise data –o Experience in tools and techniques for Data analysis & Data qualityo Experience / Knowledge in enterprise Data Governance processes and implementing any data catalog + governance tools like Informatica EDC + Axon, Talend Data Catalog, Collibra, Apache Atlas, Alation, Atlano Support in improving enterprise data literacy by documenting data assets, authoring /enriching/supporting/collaborating data glossary and data authoring & quality workflows.o scale Process Skills:· Ability to evaluate new technologies, stay current with a broad range of industry trends.· Knowledge of the distributed technology space: languages, frameworks, techniques, industry trends.· Ability to architect the future state and the path to get there, accounting for near-term product deliverables· Ability to work in an Agile environment· Ability to innovate and lead explorations into new technologies and strategies· Good judgment and the ability to handle stressful situations· Strong presentation and communication skills· Participates in developing technical / business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools.· Provide detailed technical knowledge, insight and guidance on the performance, functionality and technical features of critical applications to development teams.· Should be able to prepare complex technical architects, solutions approach etc.· Contribute and review solution design to ensure that the business requirements are met and the proposed solutions fits the connected platform ecosystem· Define technical requirements and processes and ensure that these are understood, implemented and delivered across the teams.· Effectively resolves technical problems and roadblocks as they occur· Prototype creative & implementing solutions quickly, and be able to collaborate with others in crafting and implementing account-wide improvements, initiatives, and contribute on technical value adds.
