In this role, you will be working closely with customers, to help them understand, define, and produce database requirements. As a Senior Data Architect you will help transform business requirements into technical specifications and partner with the development of

Data Warehouse solutions. These solutions are then utilized for in-depth evaluation and support of business decisions and processes. You will be responsible for collaborating with IT Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze, organize, prepare and conduct complex Microsoft applications.The successful candidate must be a self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results. Here’s how you will impact the company:· Performs data analysis of complex business operations, develop business requirements and specifications for the creation of Data Warehouse applications, creating architectural solutions;· Independently plans, develops and implements techniques for gathering and interpreting data;· Utilizes data flow diagrams, source-target mappings, task descriptions, data mapping, identification of decision points/criteria, workflow analysis and determination of process interdependencies;· Assist in the interaction with business users to plan, develop, improve, and maintain complex components of the Logical / Physical Enterprise Data Warehouse and related Models.· Establish, Maintain and Adhere to Enterprise Data Modeling and Data Integration Standards.· Create and Document Logical Data Integration (ETL) Strategies for Data Flows between disparate Source/ Target Systems and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.· Investigates and documents business processes to determine computer system requirements;· Creates implementation plans following the approved software development methodology;· Acts as a project team leader on projects, offering technical supervision over lower level data processing staff in implementing a complex, integrated systems project;

We Can Get You an Interview For This Position If You Have:· Over 5+ years of Information Technology experience;· 3+ years as an experienced as a Data Modeler, Data Architect, or Business Systems Analyst;· 2+ Years database application development with knowledge of Kimball and/or Inmon or other professional software engineering best practices;· Ability to retrieve data from various sources and prepare data for analysis.· Skilled in Data manipulation and extraction experience using Oracle database suite of tools.· Able to think strategically, with a solid grasp of business issues and objectives, the implications of different solutions to arrive at the optimal solution given the current environment’s constraints.· Produce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholders.· Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues· QA on back end to test reports and end to end· Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects.· Self-motivated, directed and passionate.· Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.·

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university. Post graduate degree preferred.
