Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team within the Energy/Natural Resources industry based in Midland, Texas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in managing data and providing administrative support. Your primary tasks will include processing mail, managing vendor relations, billing and invoicing, and handling special projects as assigned.Responsibilities: Accurately input and process company data Handle phone coverage and respond to inquiries promptly Manage mail processing duties, including post office trips Build and maintain positive vendor relations Oversee the ordering and tracking of office supplies Carry out billing and invoicing tasks in a timely manner Handle special projects as assigned by the Office Manager Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to perform calculations and organize files Maintain a professional approach while handling receptionist duties Provide excellent customer service and manage email correspondences effectively.
