Role Change Management Analyst Location Dallas, TX (Remote) Hire Type: Contract Immediate The Data Office Change Mgmt Analyst must be able to Data Specific Change Management

• Assess change/impact to Data Consumers (Business users) and Data Stewards
• Lead change mgmg. Discussions with the above stakeholders and arrive at the way-forward
• Liaise between IT teams, Data Consumers and Data Stakeholders

• Must have worked as a change analyst in enterprise data analytics transformation programs where legacy data warehouses were transformed into modern analytics platforms

• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities with IT and Business user communities
• Support communication efforts
• Assess the change impact
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Support training efforts
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness
• Manage Business and Data Stewards
• Track and report issues

• Strong analytical capabilities, highly organised and excellent relationship management skills
• Proven ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across any number of business functions
