We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Data Scientist.
DIR is migrating BODS to SSIS. BODS (business objects data services) is an ETL tool from SAP. We have a handful of BODS jobs supporting production. The candidate will convert BODS jobs into SSIS ETL jobs. The candidate will need experience in the following areas, but not limited to: 1) Experience designing and developing custom BODS and SSIS ETL jobs. Preferred: Business Objects Data Services architecture knowledge, some basic Linux skills; 2) Experience converting BODS ETL jobs to SSIS; 3) Testing/validating ETL jobs; and 4) Designing and coding the data warehousing system to desired company specifications. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(Required):- Experience designing and developing custom BODS and SSIS ETL jobs. Preferred: Business Objects Data Services architecture knowledge, some basic Linux skill.
