Manager Notes: We need Database Architect, Someone good with data resiliency and have good cloud data skills

Required Skills:
  • Ability to define solutions to solve large scale, complex business problems with high resiliency, scalability, performance, and concurrency requirements
  • Ability to research and understand new technology solutions and present essential comparisons, pros/cons, and target use cases
  • Proficient in areas of REST API services, multi-channel services and Events
  • Large scale implementations of Cloud Native Solutions, Containers, Microservices
  • Proven skills in Case management, Workflow/process automation, and Data Analytics
  • Experience in digital transformation, automation and straight through processing solutions
  • Adept at IT operations, Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle, and Systems Architectures
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical resources to understand and develop solutions that meet business requirements, translating strategy and objectives when necessary
  • Ability to lead discussions in a matrix environment focusing on team and organizational success
  • Ability to communicate with impact (written and verbal) and influence decisions across LOB and technology
  • 10+ or more years of software architecture, with experience in Retail Banking industry preferred
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Position Summary:• -Assists in the definition, stewardship, quality control, metadata and access of data owned by respective Domain• -Understands and works across teams on all downstream provisioning requirements for the domain• -Assists with an inventory of all applications in the data flow for the domain• -Supports data domain adherence to EDM Standards, including implementation and monitoring of all required transport controls and maintenance of all required metadata• -Works with maintaining and executing EDM standards implementation plan for the domain across Capture, Transport and Use partners in the remediation of data incidents for the domain• -Assists with changes to data capture processes and data transformation logic• -Helps maintain an inventory of data transformations and data mapping• -Assists in the build and maintenance of the domain data dictionary• -Helps align and monitor key performance indicators and internal controls• -Partners with Technology to create an infrastructure and processes that adhere to the EDM standards and other regulatory mandates• -Partners with LOB to effectively guide and drive progress towards horizontal goals• -Assists in remediation of data incidents• -Adhere to enterprise data management principles and standards based on industry best practices
