Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Space (CEW&S) is looking to hire a Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Intelligence Analyst to join our team in San Antonio! To be successful in this role you will be capable of analyzing various types of networks and have stellar problem-solving and critical thinking. You also bring the capability of analytical reasoning and applying logic to situations and have extensive knowledge of security vulnerabilities, solutions, and risks within the cyber realm. You will help prepare assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information. Also, you will develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, and document future collection requirements, analysis, and assessments in AOR affecting DCO missions, ensuring the satisfaction of customer needs.
  • Conduct SIGINT, open -source, and all-source research.
  • Identify and report system vulnerabilities/threats as they relate to the system, and research new and emerging technologies.
  • Possess a solid understanding of common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVE) and how to use them, SIGINT database knowledge and authorities, the NIPF, and Windows/nix CLI and file structures.
  • Develop and maintain pre-approved actions (PAA), special instructions (SPINS), rules of engagement (ROE), crew risk management (CRM), and command and control procedures that align to service or combatant command (CCMD) OPLANs, CONOPs, TASKORDs, TTPs, CONEMPs, CONPLANs, PLANORDs, and FRAGOs for coordination and approval at the appropriate Government or military level.
  • Able to employ the Plan, Brief, Execute, and Debrief (PBED) methodology.
  • Possess sufficient technical knowledge to understand cyber capabilities, target vulnerabilities, and effects of IAW section 12 (at least Network+ and Security+).
  • Coordinate with external agencies to develop threat intelligence assessments

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0-1 years of experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience. Possess current TS/SCI with ability to be read into SAP programs.
