A&M Cars LLC is seeking a reliable, proactive, and bilingual Dealership Representative to support daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage vehicle logistics, communicate with repair shops, and help source vehicle parts. This position offers long-term growth and the opportunity to move into management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to walk-in and online customers
Use computer systems for basic dealership tasks
Communicate clearly in English and Spanish
Coordinate repairs with local repair shops
Purchase parts from junk yards and franchise dealerships
Pick up and drop off vehicles on tight schedules
Assist in daily dealership workflow and customer follow-ups
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Flexibility and proactive attitude
Ability to confidently drive different types of cars
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday – Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
COMPENSATION
$400 per week base pay (paid weekly)
Commission: $100–$150 per car sold (paid weekly)
Pay review twice yearly (bi-annually)
Opportunity to grow into a Manager position
